Ursula Tkacz

Ursula Tkacz, MSW, BSW, BA is a social work researcher experienced in conducting research projects, engaging marginalized populations, and developing policy recommendations. She also has over 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry. Her Master’s research was funded by the Social Science and Humanities Research Council (SSHRC) Grant and explored post-secondary policies around reconciliation and decolonization. Ursula is a former youth in care who believes strongly in expanding access to educational opportunities for people with lived experience in the child welfare system.
