Kosu Boudreau

Kosu is a registered psychotherapist/social worker that focuses on the intersection of spirituality, social justice and psychotherapy. A long-time mindfulness meditation practitioner, Kosu worked in healthcare for over 16 years before transitioning to private practice. Her advocacy work focuses on decriminalization of drugs and equitable access to psychotherapy services. Kosu proudly embraces her identity as a former crown ward of the Hamilton-Wentworth Children’s Aid Society. She celebrates the resiliency and creativity of the human spirit in overcoming the ‘impossible’.
